We want to make sure you are 100% happy. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us at for a refund. We offer a 14-day return policy and a $9.95 cleaning fee.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you return your order for an exchange or refund, please note that the return policy states returns shall be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or worn.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection of the original payment method. If you receive a refund, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund. We can not refund to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.

We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Please follow our sizing guide to ensure the perfect fit.

Please note, gift cards are not cash refundable. Items purchased via gift cards can be size exchanged, or you can be re-credited with the value.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Send us an email at with your order number and details on your return. We will then start your return and send you the return shipping address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
